This saves time, resources and improves companies’ bottom line. JRNY was distinctly different from other AI sales tools because the product focused on the emotional needs of individuals, just as a real life sales person would, rather than just a streamlining processes.

A small group of investors backed JRNY in 2018, followed by EA Fund 3 investment in 2019.

Initially JRNY had a lot of success, including recognition as a top 2 Fintech in Asia Pacific by Money20/20 and a top 100 insurtech by Fintech Global. However 2020 was an extremely challenging year for founder Mike Lovegrove and JRNY, which ultimately led to the company being put into hibernation. JAVLN, a New Zealand based insure-tech company has purchased the Intellectual Property and EA Fund 3 now holds a nominal stake in JAVLN. It has been renamed Bot the Builder.
