Backing Innovation Locally

We’re thrilled to announce that Priority One, the Western Bay of Plenty’s leading economic development agency, has stepped forward as a proud sponsor of Enterprise Angels ADI (Angelic Drop-In) Clinics, an initiative that supports early-stage entrepreneurs on their journey to investment readiness.

What Are ADI Clinics?

Held monthly in Tauranga, ADI Clinics are free, confidential sessions where startup founders meet with experienced angel investors to receive tailored feedback, strategic advice, and insights into what it takes to attract investment. Angel investors generously volunteer their time and expertise to support entrepreneurs at the clinics. These clinics are a vital stepping stone for entrepreneurs looking to refine their business models, build confidence, and prepare for capital raising.

“It was great to have a third person asking me robust and hard questions about my business and its preparedness for investment. I gained a lot of confidence from being able to provide a good answer to each question.” — ADI Clinic Participant

Why Priority One’s Support Matters

With a mission to grow a thriving, innovative economy in the Bay of Plenty, Priority One’s sponsorship aligns perfectly with the goals of the ADI Clinics. Their support ensures that these sessions remain accessible and free, removing financial barriers for founders and enabling a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Thanks to Priority One’s funding, Enterprise Angels can continue running monthly clinics throughout the year, covering essential marketing and administrative costs. This partnership not only sustains the current program but also opens the door to expanding the clinic’s reach and frequency in the future.

A Shared Vision for Growth

Both Enterprise Angels and Priority One are committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and economic development in the region. By supporting ADI Clinics, Priority One is investing in the next generation of business leaders and helping to build a resilient, future-focused economy.

“Together, we can build a future where entrepreneurship thrives and our community benefits from continued economic vitality.”
