Investor Portal Notes
A secure, cloud-based platform that will provide you with all you need to manage your investments with Enterprise Angels.
Key Points to Note – Catalist
- The information that Enterprise Angels holds about you and your investments has been transferred to the portal, however we do require you to accept the terms of use and check your details.
- Set up your Catalist account as soon as possible following the instructions here.
- You can have multiple emails associated with your account, however we recommend you use the same primary email address to access the portal.
- View separate entity investments by selecting entity name in the top centre of the screen
- The portal only includes active investments. We are hoping to include all exited companies in the future.
- Please let us know if any of your investments are not appearing.
- Prices are reported per the value as at the last closed round, except where the holding is also invested by an EA Fund in which case the price is governed by the EA GP Valuation policy here. Due to the dynamic nature of start-ups, valuations are complex, often subjective and may change rapidly. No reliance should be placed upon the valuations provided in these reports and the reports must not be taken as financial advice.
- New members need to complete the Wholesale Investor Certification in order to have access to deal information.
- To change contact details please complete the Change of contact details form then upload to your Catalist account for review, by going to “My account” and clicking “Upload a file”.
- Please let us know if there are any of your investments not appearing. If an investment is not there, be assured that we have the correct data in the backend and it is only a ‘flow through’ problem to the portal. Please note however it can take up to a week for a new investment to show.

As soon as the settlement takes place the investment will show under “my portfolio” . Up until then it will show in “My orders”.
I invest via multiple entities, can I have different emails logins for each one?
Yes you can but we recommend you use one email address to access the portal, then all the entities you are associated with will be visible under the one account. Each investing entity can have multiple email addresses associated with it. This will allow for other parties to have their own individual login and only see investments relevant to them.
What is the difference between my EA/PC Fund value shown on my portfolio page, and the value shown on my securities page?
The value on your portfolio page is your RVPI (residual value to paid-in capital), showing the value of the units you’ve paid for so far. The value on your securities page is the per-unit value, indicating the total value of all units at the current price if fully paid up. For example, if you’ve paid 50% of your units, your RVPI will be 50% of the per-unit value.
Can I export data from the investor portal?
If you have investments you can download Holding and Transactions Statements at the botoom of your portfolio screen.
