Great Goodbyes

Great Goodbyes seeks to democratise the funeral industry. The company allows customers to make funeral arrangements quickly and easily. Customers can utilise the online platform to find a funeral home, get clarity on pricing, browse venues, find florists and more.

The company is cofounded by Sharon Hunter and Jude Mannion.

Sharon is a Tauranga local and a previously exited entrepreneur who at 22 cofounded PC Direct, New Zealand’s most successful direct to consumer computer company. Jude shares a similarly exceptional career, having acted as regional marketing director for Elizabeth Arden across 14 countries and was previously GM of Kellogg’s in 16 Asia Pacific countries.

Enterprise Angels made their first investment into Great Goodbyes in June 2021.
