James Beale

Meet James. James Beale is CEO of Oriens Capital Limited, a New Zealand private equity fund with more than $50m to invest in regionally aligned businesses. James has worked in NZ financial markets for 25 years, including 14 years with leading investment advisory business, Craigs Investment Partners Limited, where he held a number of senior roles.
James is a Director of Oriens’ portfolio companies Rockit Global Ltd and Retirement Income Group Limited. He has sat on the board of Enterprise Angels since 2014, and is a director of the General Partner of EA Fund 1 and 2. He also sits on the Investment Committees of Enterprise Angels, Acorn Foundation and New Zealand Cricket. James is a member of the Institute of Directors.
