Mark Fergus

Meet Mark, an Associate Director at KPMG who leads Tauranga’s Deal Advisory division. Mark joined KPMG’s Deal Advisory team at the start of 2017 having previously spent several years in a Melbourne based Corporate Finance team and more recently in a strategic growth role within Vector (Auckland’s power distribution company).

Mark brings a great mix of technical skills and commercial acumen along with a broad range of experience in Due Diligence, Valuations and Merger and Acquisition engagements.

Mark is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of New Zealand and Australia (CAANZ), holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from the University of Waikato and is currently completing an American Society of Appraisers (ASA) qualification in advanced business valuations.
