Michelle Malcolm

Meet Michelle, Michelle Malcolm is the Lead Partner of the Findex (Formerly Crowe Horwath) Tauranga Office, starting up the Bay of Plenty office 18 years ago. Michelle is passionate about helping businesses grow through providing clients with bespoke business advice. More than just an accountant, Michelle enjoys sitting down with clients, finding out what they want to accomplish and what she and the Findex team can do to help them achieve their goals. Michelle has helped businesses expand nationally and internationally, improve efficiencies, become more profitable, free up cash flow, develop clear business strategies, navigate complex taxation laws and position themselves for successful growth.
Michelle has a passion for the start up space and currently acts for several companies in the Bay Of Plenty Region, who Enterprise Angels have invested in. 

Michelle currently sits on the Board of Good Neighbour and the Priority One Instep Advisory Board and has previously sat on the Tourism Bay of Plenty Board and the Wakeboarding NZ Board. Her experience spans almost every industry and she has a particular expertise in property development and construction, professional services, manufacturing, wholesale industries and the export sector and high growth innovative start-up businesses.
