“Tinder for landlords and tenants” – matching great landlords with awesome tenants.  PickMee is a digital platform that streamlines the tenancy application, verification, and screening process for landlords and tenants. It makes communication between landlords and tenants easier.

The platform allows tenants and landlords to ensure a fast and efficient rental process. Tenants are able to create profiles that include their verified details which can be viewed by prospective landlords when applying for properties. Landlords are able to list properties, invite prospective tenants, and streamline viewings. Landlords can easily compare between potential tenants and inform them about the progress of their rental application through the platform.

Pickmee is led by two experienced co-founders Kelvin Chandran and Felix Scholz who between them bring a wealth of exit, governance, IT project management, finance and accounting knowledge having both led two successful corporate It was launched in mid Febrauary 2021 and already has 1000 users on the platform.

PickMee allows landlords or property managers to invite pre-qualified tenants for viewings and use the platform for contact tracing. It enables contactless processes from application to tenancy agreement.
