SiteSoft is an established, high growth, B2B, Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that has been operating in New Zealand since 2017. It was founded by Tim Manning, who has had a successful 30 year career in property development. The Chairman is Phil Norman, founding chairman of Xero.

SiteSoft is planning an imminent IPO on the ASX and the company has been through an extensive approvals proccess to make this a reality. The investment will be via SAFE note capped at 3x ARR. Investor downside is mitigated through a number of mechanisms. If the SAFE note cap is not reached on IPO, investors SAFE notes will convert at the lowest share price on listing. However, if the company exceeds the cap, investors keep any upside. Investors in the SAFE note will not be required to lock out their shares for any period of time (the founder has a two year lock out period). The company is targeting a listing price equivilent to 6x ARR. More detail on company metrics can be found in the investment documents (available on request).

SiteSoft helps businesses create a safe environment for everyone in their workplace. It has served over 500,000 users and is one of the few health and safety software providers that has ISO 27001 accreditation – vital for government departments and large listed companies. The platform is built on proprietary technology that enables businesses to manage their health, safety, environment and quality processes by connecting employees at all levels through a single cloud-based platform. The platfirm is available via web portal and mobile phone app. This enables swift reporting of incidents and hazards as well as meeting compliance standards, training, pre-starts and inspections.

The product seeks to serve all stakeholders, including the worker/subcontractor on the ground, the safety and site manager, the management team and the board overseeing business operations. Its value is in not only providing safety in the workplace; but also assisting the business in avoiding possible penalties for the Company’s directors, managers, and tradesmen under Australasian Heath and Safety law.

SiteSoft exited in October 2023 to a private equity firm.
