Bonnet addresses these gaps through easy plug and play hardware, a unified compliance focused platform, no lock ins and a simple user experience built for operators not engineers.

With a subscription-based revenue model, Bonnet serves various customer segments, from individual vehicle owners to large enterprises. Workshops and service centres can also leverage Bonnet as a CRM tool to manage vehicle maintenance and compliance needs.

Bonnet significantly cuts costs for fleet operators, who typically spend around $8,500 annually to manage compliance for a fleet of 20 vehicles. By reducing this expense to under $2,000, it provides exceptional value, driving rapid customer adoption.

Already trusted by major brands like Mainfreight, St John’s, Hirepool, NZ Police, and NZ Build Group, Bonnet quickly became the most downloaded app in New Zealand after its March 2023 launch. The company is now targeting fleets across New Zealand, particularly in ag-tech, construction, utilities, and rentals, with early expansion underway in Australia.

The company is led by founder CEO Steph Kennard, and CTO David Webb. Steph is also closely supported by the Investor Director, David Eldor.
