The product range features exportable, long shelf, high quality speciality goods specifically designed to suit their omni-channel customer experience offering. 

Kiwi Artisan has seen strong revenue growth of 144% CAGR since 2020 and exceptional gross margins within a highly saturated, price sensitive market. Current FY24 revenue (ending 31 March) is expected to achieve $2.6m NZD, doubling to $5.5m NZD by FY25 (base case without investment).

Their exceptional gross margins are underpinned by an innovative direct selling system delivered at scale across each markets. This system converts over 87,000+ customers per year in person and builds brand connection online before engaging with customers in traditional retail channels. This system achieves lower CAC and higher sell through rates across their traditional retail stockists, currently at 650+ locations across ANZ (including major supermarkets and speciality retail stockists).

Business partners, Dave Thorn and Andre Hart developed the Kiwi Artisan business model during the Covid-19 Pandemic as an innovative alternative to the traditional grocery model. The company has bootstrapped growth to date with no external investment and established a strong foundations for future expansion.
