Families today are busier than ever, and traditional tools like wall calendars or basic scheduling apps don’t go far enough in addressing the complexity of modern family life.

PAM is an AI-powered personal assistant designed specifically to reduce the mental load of family administration. It integrates smart scheduling, task reminders, and responsibility sharing into one intuitive platform. More than just a calendar, PAM helps families build a supportive “village” around them—making it easier to delegate, communicate, and stay organised.

The team behind PAM includes Nicole Retter (CEO and Founder) and Diogo Freire (CTO and Co-Founder), who bring a deep understanding of technical innovation, marketing and family needs.

With rising demand for digital family management tools and the acceleration of tech adoption post-COVID, the market opportunity for this product is significant. PAM targets families in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US—representing 54 million family households, including 16 million with young children. PAM operates on a freemium model, with tiered pricing based on usage and number of users per plan. While competitors include both digital and traditional tools, PAM stands out with its clean user experience, strong brand, and AI-driven features.

Since launch, PAM has attracted over 3,000 users. Nearly a third of them report a 70%–90% reduction in family admin stress. With minimal advertising, PAM has achieved 112%–270% month-on-month growth, demonstrating strong product-market fit and organic demand.

PAM is currently raising NZ$500,000 in a pre-seed round led by FKA. This funding will provide a 12-month runway to reach 20,000 paying subscribers and deliver Stage 2 of the product roadmap. Funds will be used for software development, compliance and certification, sales and business development, marketing, and customer support.
